It's important to note that this dashcam has 2 batteries (one in the dashcam itself, and a second one in the mount). Just a couple of months later, the battery in the mount stopped holding its charge.
When I contacted the official Navitel service center, they told me that they didn’t have any batteries in stock and that it could take a couple of months to get them, if at all... It felt like I was talking to a security guard who was forced to work in a call center.
In the end, I had to search for and buy 2 batteries and replace them myself. It wasn't that difficult, but it took some effort because you need a soldering iron, a hairdryer (to detach the front cover from the display), a small Phillips screwdriver, preferably tweezers, and some skillful hands.
The factory-installed batteries were completely swollen—top-notch quality, if you know what I mean.))
