The NZXT C750 Gold is a premium power supply for high-end workstations and gaming PCs, with an 80+ Gold efficiency rating, fully modular cables, robust protection systems and a 10-year warranty. In the new version, NZXT engineers switched to a hardware platform from Seasonic, updated the cooling system and cable system.
Japanese Nippon capacitors
While the first versions of the NZXT C750 received mixed reviews, the 2022 update deserves top marks. The power supply uses Japanese Nippon capacitors inside, with a temperature rating of up to 105°C, ensuring long life and stable operation. The platform includes LLC topology with half-bridge converter and DC-DC converters, which provide stable power with minimal surges and sags. Two EPS connectors allow you to use the model with the most modern and high-performance components.
The devil is in the details
The fluid dynamic bearing fan provides quiet and efficient cooling even at 80% load, while Zero RPM support reduces noise. The only negative is that with a sharp increase in load, the fan speed increases sharply, which can increase noise. Otherwise, the NZXT C750 is a successful power supply that deserves praise and has almost no flaws.
