The handle looks interesting. Wide near the blade, it tapers towards the end and has a fairly strong bend. This shape provides a comfortable grip and the possibility of a power cut, which is important when processing meat. But the handle is made of wood (albeit as unusual as bubinga), without any notches, guards or stoppers. And this is not very good, because. slips quite strongly in the hands, and when cutting away from oneself, the hand can jump off onto the blade.
