Model overview based on user reviews
The Patriot Memory Signature DDR4 1x8Gb is a budget-friendly RAM option, suitable primarily for office PCs and budget builds. While it offers a low price and stable stock frequency, it is not ideal for gaming or overclocking enthusiasts due to its high timings and limited overclocking capabilities. Some users reported issues with reliability, including a stick failing after several months. However, others have successfully used it without problems in systems where overclocking is not a priority. For those seeking more performance, alternatives like Samsung are recommended. Overall, it's a decent choice for basic computing needs but may not meet the demands of more intensive applications.

Chases up to 3200 with 17 timings in two channels, design No use Patriot Memory PSD48G240082 month or more i recommend it should buy |
Terrible memory, don't take it under any circumstances, the memory wouldn't overclock at all, no matter what you change from the standard settings in BIOS, always got a blue screen, and terribly large timings of CL 17 for a frequency of 2400. Took two sticks of 8GB each, and one died just like that after 7 months. Conclusion: if you want to buy cheap memory, get the cheapest and regular Samsung ones, they are reliable and can easily overclock over 3000 with normal timings. no - terribly large timings - doesn't overclock at all - Micron memory chips it ended up dying in 7 months use Patriot Memory Signature DDR4 1x8GB more than year |
not for a gaming PC cheap and all do not rush, high timings use Patriot Memory Signature DDR4 1x8GB few months |
