The PECHAM Professional household irrigator is most effective when used in combination with the usual manual/electric toothbrush cleaning procedure (in the sequence brush->irrigator). Especially useful when performing oral hygiene procedures in people with dentures, implants and braces. The pulsating jet of water generated by the nozzle performs a completely non-contact procedure, eliminating the abrasive effe...ct on the enamel. The high jet pressure of up to 8.6 bar not only guarantees effective cleaning, but also provides a pronounced massage effect on the gums and tongue. There is a 10-step power control that has a direct effect on the jet pressure. The irrigator operates on mains power. On one hand, you don't need to charge it, on the other hand, a socket is needed in the bathroom. If the surface is for example marble, smooth, it adheres normally. The power is adjusted smoothly with a small wheel. But these glossy plastic parts look cheap... And there's a lack of variety in modes. The flexible hose is somewhat short, the button on it does not turn off the device itself, only the current. The kit includes many nozzles, some for multiple people. My favorite is the one with the silicone tip. The nozzles are stored under the lid in a special compartment. However, it seems that the compartment was not made specially for them... There are marks-guides where each nozzle should be placed. But in this case, they stick out beyond the boundaries. You can arrange them slightly differently, it becomes a bit better, but still not ideal. Only the nozzles at the top are well placed. Didn't think this through. I'll say that this model is not for every bathroom, nor for every person. For most, battery-operated models, not stationary like this one, would be more suitable. Works from the mains, no charging required. Large water tank. Large number of attachments. Flexible power adjustment. Instructions in Ukrainian contain occasional errors.
