Model overview based on user reviews
The Rapoo M200 Silent mouse offers a quiet keystroke and wireless connection via Bluetooth or the included USB dongle, with the ability to switch between devices easily. Users appreciate its good design and quick pairing, maintaining a stable connection. However, some users report issues with the scroll wheel, such as double-click problems and inconsistent scrolling, which can affect performance in work applications. Despite these issues, the mouse is considered a reasonable purchase for its price, with good build quality and a generally positive reception, though some find it less comfortable to hold initially.

Assuming that for $ 15 a normal purchase, if its defects are not of a massive nature

In principle, the mouse is not bad. All my complaints are exclusively about the scroll wheel. Literally within a couple of months, the double-click problem started appearing on the wheel, and if I used it purely in a browser, I could ignore it, but where it needs to be pressed in work applications, the mouse proved to not perform at its best, which just slowed down my work process and got on my nerves. Also, the scroll itself... Initially, I didn't pay much attention to it, but it seems this behavior was there from the start, and it might be a feature of this model. At an extremely slow scroll, everything is relatively fine, but if you scroll at an average or higher speed, the mouse seems not to send signals (majority of them), so you end up scrolling faster by barely moving the wheel than by spinning it quickly - very inconvenient and extremely uncomfortable. Another feature of the scroll on this mouse is that it periodically, even often-periodically sends false scrolling signals. So, you scroll the page down-down or up-up... and periodically, in the best case, there's a delay or a single scroll in the opposite direction occurs. As a result, you open some document, want to quickly scroll through a couple of pages, but oh dear, when rapidly turning the wheel - the reaction is slow and foolish, and sometimes when scrolling down, you suddenly scroll up in jerks.
Quiet keystroke, wireless connection, connection via a complete whistle and bluetooth, the ability to quickly switch between saved devices, good design
Scroll wheel - a double click appeared quite quickly and when scrolling moderately fast, the wheel fails

constantly disappears from the system. Tried it on a laptop without Bluetooth to connect only via the included dongle - doesn't work either. It appears, often not the first time, then disappears. The same issue occurs with Bluetooth. Purely via Bluetooth, it also works incorrectly.

Normal mouse for the money. From this brand is already the 2nd mouse in my memory - it works well
Quick pairing
Maintains connection well
Quiet
Good build quality, no noticeable play
Personally, I didn’t quite lay down perfectly and my hand, you can normally hold it, as for me, only after fully unpacking it, but you can hold it by the packaging, but the sensations are deceptive
