I bought a charger for EUR 130. It was shipped to Lviv very quickly via Nova Poshta. I was assured that the charger has a step charge from 2A to 12A. It turned out that there's no 6A (very important 1/10 of capacity) and 10A. When I asked why 6A and 10A are missing, they didn't explain it. I tried desulfation, but it didn't make any difference.
