I do not recommend!!! Money down the drain!!!

Greetings to everyone!!! I purchased this knife on sale... But the joy was short-lived!!! A couple of weeks later, I noticed it wasn't cutting as well... Looked closer, and found a notch on the cutting edge, unevenness. Although before buying this knife, 2 end grain cutting boards were purchased!!! And I was prompted to check this knife. Tested its hardness and metal composition. I was beyond surprised!!! The hardness test showed just 36!!!!! And the device for determining the alloy couldn't even identify the steel grade!!! It only determined the composition!!! Along with it, I decided to test a knife from Magnit, bought on sale for 99 rubles. Its hardness turned out to be 52-54... Better to buy a knife like this Tramontina Professional Master Kitchen Knife 8" 24609/088. Costs 15 times!!! cheaper and holds an edge better than this hyped-up brand's knife!!! Sharpened them both at a 30-degree total angle and worked with both... Tramontina holds the edge longer!!! Think twice before buying this product!!!
