Chef's knives

— chef's knives have a classic blade shape with a pronounced point, but the width of such a blade (and in some models, the length) is quite large — significantly more than, for example, in universal ones. These knives are multi-purpose and are especially useful for working with large quantities of food and/or large pieces.
