Automatic blood pressure monitor with an arm cuff and voice feedback of results, released in 2025 and positioned by the manufacturer as a device for the elderly and visually impaired users. The voice guidance feature makes all measurement readings and system messages understandable without the need to squint at the display, which is especially crucial for vision problems. Suitable for pregnant women, people with hypertension, diabetes, congenital and acquired heart diseases, as well as for recovery after a heart attack.

It uses an "increasing pressure" measurement technology — determining pressure during the air inflation process in the cuff, which shortens the procedure time, eliminates excessive arm compression, and reduces patient discomfort, positively affecting the quality of results. The Sanity TMB-2288-C blood pressure monitor measures pressure in the range of 40-230 mmHg with an accuracy of ±3 mmHg and pulse from 40 to 199 beats per minute with an error of ±5%, automatically detecting signs of arrhythmia.

The simplicity of operation boils down to pressing a single button, and the large backlit LCD display measuring 124x76 mm with large digits is effortlessly readable. The device stores 250 measurements for each of two users plus offers a guest mode that doesn't interfere with the main profiles' history. The AVG function calculates the average of the last three measurements for a more objective assessment of condition.

Built-in sensors monitor the correct cuff fitting and warn against excessive movements during the procedure. The Bluetooth module allows data transfer to a smartphone or tablet for archiving and presentation to a doctor.
