The package includes a chest sensor. I have been using the heart rate monitor for three months. There are no complaints about it. It measures the pulse quite accurately. I use it for running training. It automatically determines the maximum heart rate, which in my case was determined very precisely based on age, weight, and gender. There are three heart rate zones (fit zone, fat-burning zone, and individual zone, which can be customized). When you exceed the set zone during training, an audible signal is emitted. It has a lap counter and the ability to view metrics (average pulse, maximum, time) for each lap. Waterproof: it passed testing by swimming in the sea and showering - it did not affect its performance in any way.
Accurate pulse measurement.
Inconvenient backlight activation, you need to press two buttons simultaneously.

good model, I liked it

Engaging in sports should be done wisely. In my understanding, this means monitoring your health status and carefully regulating the intensity of your workouts. Regulation doesn't just mean limitation; if the body allows, it should be pushed further. For someone inexperienced in sports, it's hard to do without special devices. There are many heart rate monitors, pedometers, and various fitness bracelets available on the market, but they often have a specific appearance and sky-high prices. Another extreme is devices made cheaply and tackily. In short, finding a balance isn't easy, but I think I've managed to do it.
This is a bright and cute gadget that adorns the wrist, looking youthful and modern. It measures the pulse and based on these measurements, helps to train correctly. This means you can use automatic training zones for different types of activities or create your own training zone with maximum and minimum pulse values. If during the workout, which is also controlled by the watch, the pulse drops below the minimum or exceeds the maximum for the zone, an auditory and visual signal is given. Overall, it’s a cool thing, I like it.
Operates on batteries, so it's best to stock up on them thoroughly and immediately, so they're on hand, because they tend to run out at the most inconvenient moment. It has all the functions of a watch, but for some reason, there's no countdown timer. For sports smartwatches, this seems at least strange. Sometimes the heart rate monitor lags, meaning you start, run for about 20-30 seconds, and your heart rate shows the same as at the start. It usually adjusts after about a minute. Fortunately, this happens rarely. Also, a modern device should have synchronization with a smartphone. Period.
normal model, nothing special

Measures pulse quite accurately. Emits a signal when exiting the desired pulse zone.
The stopwatch is inconvenient; to reset the time, you need to hold the button for a long time. After two years of use, the strap started coming apart, and it cannot be replaced...

The German company Sigmasport has become widely known for its bike accessories. Also, she did not bypass foot athletes and adherents of a healthy lifestyle — a line of heart rate monitors is sharpened for them.

big screen

Structurally, Sigma PC 15.11 consists of two parts: a chest sensor with a strap for fastening made of elastic fabric and a wristwatch for displaying activity indicators. The wrist screen displays heart rate, total workout time, time spent per exercise, calories burned, and in standby mode, the current date and time. The display is large enough (1.77 "diagonal), so the device will look like a giant on a fragile female hand.

One piece construction

The strap is one piece with the watch case and cannot be replaced if damaged. The whole structure is waterproof, however, the manufacturer strongly discourages pressing the control keys underwater. There are 4 in total — two on each side of the case. For reading in the dark, a 3-second backlight is provided, which is called up by simultaneously pressing the two lower buttons.

Pulse range

During the initial setup of the heart rate monitor , the user's gender, height, weight and age are entered into its memory. Based on the specified values, the device calculates the allowable range of heart rate deviations and determines the training zones. An individual zone can be set manually. When you go beyond the upper or lower limits of the pulse, the device beeps, signaling the need to slow down or increase the pace of the workout.

Utility

In order to ensure a snug fit to the body and, accordingly, a more accurate determination of the pulse indicators, it is advisable to pre-moisten the electrodes on the chest. Both the heart rate sensor and the watch itself are powered by a single CR2032 battery. The heart rate monitor cannot connect to a smartphone, which, however, does not diminish its usefulness during various types of activities.
