Picnic, hike and kitchen

Without exaggeration, this model can be used both on a hike and at home. It shows maximum efficiency in the kitchen, picnic, cottage, and is able to withstand even drops and bumps thanks to the all-metal body. Here it is quite possible to heat up both a pot and a medium-sized frying pan. But this is also a drawback - the dimensions of the burner are 345x283x124 mm and the weight is as much as 1250 g. Despite the presence of a plastic case for transportation, Pathfinder Classic is still quite large and heavy for a long hike.

Reliable protection

Note the presence of wind protection, which protects the burner itself and is not regulated in any way, much less removed. On the other hand, this is not necessary - the fire from the wind is closed securely, which means that the curtain performs its function properly. There is also a closed box for a gas cylinder, which seriously increases the safety of operation and the duration of performance. The hinged metal door protects not only the cylinder itself, but also the collet connection slot. So dirt, sand and mechanical damage are not particularly terrible.

Mechanics and automation

The unequivocal advantages should be recognized, firstly, the automatic ignition system - a piezoelectric element activated by turning the fuel supply power regulator. Secondly, the presence of the mentioned regulator itself, which allows you to control both the gas flow and the heating temperature. And thirdly, there is a mechanical cylinder lock that prevents its accidental displacement or loss.
