From the press release:

The Sony VPL-CX155 projector uses a large diameter ACF (Advanced, Clear Focus) lens. Perfect for education and corporate presentation applications.

The projector is equipped with the Side Shot™ function, which allows you to display images even in rooms where the projector cannot be placed in the centre of the screen, with minimal distortion.
