How to choose a pressure washerThis article provides valuable guidance on selecting the ideal pressure washer for both garage and home use
The roads in our city are incredibly dusty, and there's nothing that can be done about it. The soil is such that as soon as it gets onto the road, it gets turned into fine dust. And it constantly gets onto the roads. It just washes over the low curbs, and inconsiderate drivers parking on wet lawns and turning them into muddy messes only make it worse. In short, I hate driving a dusty and dirty car, and regular car washes drain money like a vacuum. I considered the financial side of things and decided to get my own machine. I have my own yard, and there's a place to dispose of water with shampoo residues (which is nasty stuff, don't just pour it onto your land), so all that was left was to choose a model. I bought this one and have been using it actively for my car and around the yard for two and a half months. It's not perfect, but it does a pretty decent job. Cheap. I just didn't have the money to buy an expensive Kärcher or Bosch. Economical. It uses about five liters of water per minute. For comparison, I use more water in the shower LOL. The electricity consumption is also low, up to one and a half kilowatts. The pressure is sufficient not only for washing the car but also for paths in the yard, garden furniture, and the fence. I even rinsed the house facade on low pressure. The nozzle is adjustable; you can make it a focused stream or a cone spray. There is a one-year warranty. There is no pre-filter, and for our water, it is absolutely necessary. So, we had to improvise this part of the construction ourselves. It operates loudly. I understand that none of them are particularly quiet, but it’s quite annoying, yes. Also, I don’t really believe in the working pressure of 80 bar. A friend of mine has a Karcher with a working pressure of 70, and its jet seems more powerful. |
