It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed to serve the needs of a small office, a country house and other objects that lack the possibility of a cable connection. Thanks to the built-in 3G / 4G (LTE) modem, it is able to provide access to the global network wherever there is coverage of a mobile operator.

Due to the presence of two Fast Ethernet LAN ports, Tenda 4G680 v2 router can support a small local area network and distribute the Internet received via an incoming cable WAN connection to the provider's network (up to 100 Mbps). In this case, switching to the cellular network will be a backup option in case the Ethernet connection fails. For visual control of the state of the signal strength of the cellular network, there is a system of LED-indicators. The router supports 3G/4G/LTE standards, providing transfer rates up to 150/50 Mbps (download/upload). Built-in Wi-Fi-module, operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz with support for MIMO 2x2 technology. The peak estimated data transfer rate over Wi-Fi is 300 Mbps, but the actual connection speed usually does not exceed 100-110 Mbps.
