Air or liquid cooling — which is better?Which type of cooling to choose depending on the purpose of the PC

Which CPU cooler to choose?Nuances of choosing a CPU cooler that guarantee safety, durability and quiet operation of the PC
Quality of execution Rich package (all parts included with spares in case of loss or breakage) Quite quiet for its features Compact in both height and dimensions In a very compact case, it couldn't handle the Ryzen 3900 and RTX 3080 side by side. It doesn't quite match the claimed TDP of 240 watts. |

The first problem was the rubber gaskets between the fan and the radiator. If you stick them as shown in the pictures, after installation, when the fan is clamped with clips, the rubber deforms and starts to touch the fan blades. I had to reattach and trim the excess rubber from the gaskets.
The fan's noise characteristics were a bit surprising. It is stated at 23 dB, with a 120mm Noctua nearby having a declared noise level of 22 dB, and there is quite a significant difference not in favor of Thermalright. Under processor load, the cooler performed excellently, with the temperature not rising above 68 degrees, but when working simultaneously with the 3080 graphics card in this compact case, it couldn’t cope, with temperatures rising above 92 degrees. This is despite having 6 120mm fans in the case. Clearly, this little cooler lacked sufficient fresh air volume for cooling such a hot processor.
Conclusion: The cooler is excellent and can handle rather hot processors, but provided there is very good airflow and fresh air supply in the case.
Installing a second fan does not affect cooling - the temperature difference is 1-2 degrees.
