good model, liked it

They say it won't dry for a long time.
Difficult to apply, needs to be heated to spread more easily.

good model, done well

I used the Thermalright TF9 for servicing a PC, and overall, I liked the paste. The thermal conductivity is noticeably high—after replacing it, temperatures became more stable under load, without sudden spikes. It's not one of those pastes that are "just for show," the difference is really noticeable.

The consistency is thick, and it's not very easy to apply, but that's expected from pastes with good thermal conductivity. The package includes a syringe and spatula, so applying it neatly is no problem, just requires a bit of patience. The packaging is simple—a bag with everything you need, without any unnecessary fuss.

I previously used Arctic MX-5, and applying the TF9 is actually more pleasing. The MX-5 generally felt like rubber and was difficult to spread evenly. The situation is better here; the paste is dense but more pliable.

Overall, it's a good option for those who want a proper thermal paste with high efficiency, not just something "for the sake of it." Let's say, for enthusiasts.
good efficiency, affordable price compared to other high-performance pastes, spatula included (a small touch, but appreciated).
Currently in the testing process, time will tell how long it will be effective and not dry out.

Good thermal paste from a cool manufacturer.

Bought Thermalright TF9 in 1.5g format because I needed an inexpensive but decent thermal paste for upgrading the processor/cooling system. I’ll say right away — the paste pleasantly surprised me. After applying, the CPU temperature dropped by a few degrees compared to the old paste (the previous one was some basic "gray" paste). This is especially noticeable when launching heavy loads or games — stable temperatures, less heat, and the cooler doesn’t hum as actively.

The paste has a normal structure — but thicker than regular ones. So, you need a bit of practice to apply it; the main thing to remember is not to use too much paste. The paste doesn’t cool the processor but fills the gaps between the CPU and the cooling base, creating a tight contact and thus increasing cooling efficiency.

After a few months of use on a regular home/gaming PC — no issues: temperatures remain stable, heat transfer works, nothing dried out, and no obvious drawbacks appeared.

Regarding expectations — don’t expect it to be top-class on the level of rare high-end pastes: for extreme overclocking or extreme cooling conditions, there are more effective options. But as an optimal combination of price, simplicity, and efficiency — this paste is very commendable.
High thermal conductivity, the CPU cools down very quickly after a load. Application spatula included in the package.
It is quite difficult to apply.
