Model overview based on user reviews
The Thermaltake Smart RGB power supply series offers a range of options from 500W to 700W, featuring RGB lighting and braided cables that add aesthetic appeal. Users appreciate its affordable price and 80+ Bronze certification, which ensures efficiency. The power supply is generally praised for its long cables and high-quality assembly. However, several reviews mention noise issues, with some models becoming particularly noisy under load or after extended use. While the 500W and 700W models receive positive feedback for reliability and performance, the 600W version has been criticized for serious flaws, such as emitting a burnt plastic smell and excessive noise. Overall, the series is considered a good choice for mid-budget builds, offering good value for money, but potential buyers should be aware of the noise concerns.

Overall, as it's mentioned here, it's top value for money, it was bought a few years ago for about 4000 rubles. However, looking at the review of the unit, it feels like in the new revision, if there is one, it has become worse.
I've had it for several years now, so during this time it has shown itself to be good, no unnecessary noise, throttle whistles or anything like that, the wires are braided and quite long, enough to stretch and fit into a fairly large case (matrexx 55) There is a switchable backlight with simple light and breathing mode or increasing/decreasing brightness. used with rx580 rx5700xt cards, whatever it is, without any incidents/system crashes or the like, according to the tester there are no deviations.
After 3 years of constant and active use (the computer turns off about once a week), a slight fan play appeared

Excellent power supply, I’ve been using it for two and a half years now, there are no critical problems, the only thing is that in some very power-hungry games the throttles crackle.

After prolonged use, the throttles began to crackle
