The younger brother Thermaltake Suppressor F51
Suppressor F31 is a versatile case with excellent noise isolation and stylish appearance, which is the little brother of the Thermaltake Suppressor F51 case. The difference between them lies in the format of supported motherboards: the F31 will fit only a regular ATX motherboard, while the F51 can accommodate a large-sized E-ATX.
Screwless fasteners, removable baskets and excellent air circulation
The key characteristics are the same: high-quality sound-absorbing pads along the entire body, screwdriverless mounts, convenient dust filters, plus a competent internal layout. Thanks to it, a massive graphics card, a tower cooler or a full-fledged LSS will fit into the case without any problems. For example, the user can remove unnecessary storage baskets to make room for a second graphics card or additional fans to improve case ventilation (7 seats in total). As tests have shown, the F31 has complete order with air circulation, during the tests the system components were cooled properly and practically did not overheat. Front ventilation is provided by chassis openings on the sides of the bezel, and the front door can be opened for additional cooling.
Ascetic design
It is difficult to say something unambiguous about the design of the Suppressor F31. The fact is that such cases are often bought for work systems, not games, so many manufacturers strive for maximum asceticism and minimalism. Thermaltake Suppressor F31 is 100% in line with this trend, being essentially a stylish, but at the same time quite simple black metal box with a minimum of identification marks. On the front side of the case there is a large monolithic panel-door, on the side there is a small window with a dust mesh, that's all. But you can’t complain about the quality of materials and the level of assembly, this is 5 out of 5.
