A successful update
DeepCool PL800D is a power supply unit with 80+ Bronze certification, which is an update of the previous DeepCool PK model. The new version is converted to the ATX 3.0 standard and is equipped with a 12VHPWR cable - a 16-pin connector for PCIe 5.0 video cards, capable of transmitting up to 450 W. In addition, there are three classic 6+2-pin connectors for video cards of previous generations.
Retention time
The power supply also features two separate 4-pin CPU cables, making it suitable for dual-CPU workstations such as Intel Xeon or AMD Threadripper. The design is based on Active PFC and DC-DC technologies, and an electrolytic capacitor ensures that the power supply can be held for more than 16 milliseconds in the event of a power outage. All cables are flat ribbon cables, including the main 24-pin cable.
Warranty period
The power supply operates stably in the temperature range from 0 to 40°C. Its cooling is provided by a 120 mm fan with a hydraulic bearing HYB.
