One of the most affordable 128 GB M.2 2280 form factor SSDs with TLC memory. Supports high-tech NVMe 1.3 interface. Compatible with all models of motherboards equipped with an M.2 port supporting PCIe 3.0 x4 hardware implementation. It is positioned as a product of the initial price category, intended for installation as a system disk in personal computers / laptops of various levels and purposes. Quite suitable for use in simple workstations (for typical tasks with a low intensity of write operations). The A-Data XPG SX6000 Lite M.2 ASX6000LNP-128GT-C SSD is based on a combination of a Realtek RTS5763DL quad-channel controller with Micron's high-quality 64-layer TLC 3D NAND flash memory. The controller is deprived of a separate DRAM buffer, the functions of which are taken over by HBM tec...hnology, which uses system memory for buffering. As a result, the drive is able to show a decent level of I / O performance (130/100K IOPS), a good sequential read / write speed (1500/600 MB / s) and low latency access to randomly selected data. It supports advanced LDPC encoding and SLC write caching (SLC buffer size changes dynamically). The guaranteed write resource (TBW) is 60 TB, which is enough for many years of domestic use.

How to choose the right SSDChoosing an SSD with the required speed and good reliability for home, work and gaming
Model overview based on user reviews
The A-Data XPG SX6000 Lite M.2 SSD offers great value for money with performance that meets its advertised speeds, making it a quality product from ADATA. Users appreciate its fast performance, with Windows loading in as little as 13 seconds. However, some users note that the speed difference compared to regular 2.5-inch SSDs is negligible, questioning the need for a more expensive M.2 setup. Despite this, the product is generally well-received for its speed and reliability, although some feel the price could be more competitive given the similar performance to less expensive alternatives. Overall, it's a solid choice for those seeking a reliable M.2 SSD.
Pros

Cons

well, I’d rather take the regular 2.5 cheaper and the speed is the same

I thought because of the speed it would be cooler than the usual 2.5, but no, I bought a more expensive mother with an M2 turbo especially for it, put it in there and there’s no point, Windows starts in 15 seconds like a regular Kingstone A400, it works the same way, only it costs 1,500 rubles, but I got it for 2,300

The declared speed corresponds thanks to ADATA for a quality product. Perhaps in the following models, the time between rewrites will be higher.
Value for money at the level.
