A good laptop for its price, it has enough power for comfortable work, and the integrated graphics are decent, you can even play CS:GO, the computer has enough power. It runs smoothly without overheating, and the AMD processor performs well. Comfortable for working with text, and the display doesn't catch glare. Quiet operation. Compact. Main drawbacks. Buying such a laptop is a big risk because there's no support at all! I had an HP before, and I didn't experience any problems. But after 5 years, the battery died and it started making noise. Acer also makes noise when turned on. Price and specifications I was very dissatisfied! The laptop itself seems good, and the price is reasonable. But there's a problem with drivers and support. More precisely, neither one nor the other is available. There are drivers on the website, but not all of them worked and it's unclear if they were installed or not. A power issue arose, it's discussed on forums, but no one can properly solve the problem. Support either responds with standard auto-replies like reinstall Windows and install drivers from the website, but that doesn't help. They suggest taking it to a service center, but they are all far away geographically. Or they stay silent. The last 3 inquiries haven't been answered at all. I wouldn't recommend anything from Acer, given the company's approach. |
