This minimizes the background noise. The RGB LEDs leave the two dispersion rings of the AerocoolFan shine in 16.8 million colors. The fan has a proprietary six-pin connector that can be split over an adapter cable to a 4-pin fan connector for the power supply and a 5-volt RGB signal.
