Air or liquid cooling — which is better?Which type of cooling to choose depending on the purpose of the PC

Which CPU cooler to choose?Nuances of choosing a CPU cooler that guarantee safety, durability and quiet operation of the PC
Model overview based on user reviews
The Aerocool Mirage 5 is a CPU cooler that stands out for its stunning design and captivating ARGB lighting, featuring an "infinity" effect that synchronizes well with other components. It is praised for its quiet operation, with noise levels under 30 dB, and its ability to cool efficiently, maintaining temperatures around 50-57 degrees Celsius for processors like the Ryzen 5600x and Intel i5. However, it may not be suitable for high-performance builds or overclocking, as its cooling capacity is closer to 130 W rather than the advertised 150 W. Installation requires removing the motherboard to fit the backplate, which some users found inconvenient. Despite this, the Mirage 5 is appreciated for its compact design, ease of installation, and compatibility with a wide range of sockets. It is ideal for those who prioritize aesthetics and moderate cooling performance over extreme cooling needs.

Just gorgeous. An excellent option for fans of beautiful systems. Not only does it look unusual, but it also cools well. I liked the lighting with the "infinity" effect, it synchronized well with my other components. Through the case window, it looks just excellent. It cools my 10th generation i5 without any issues, with temperatures of 55-57 degrees in games. It makes a little noise due to the small fan inside, but it's not critical at all, and you can't hear it with the side window closed. Design, lighting, unusual no |
Looks cool on the outside. Illuminates beautifully, shimmers, doesn't make too much noise, and cools well. It's not suitable for core i9, but it handles core i5 excellently. Cools efficiently. Quick to install. The lighting is superb. The structure itself is somewhat unconventional. above the downside is that it is not suitable for super productive builds. |
The "infinity" effect created by mirrored surfaces, which is already used in other AeroCool products, is most appropriate here due to its location in the case, as it occupies the heart of the computer and immediately catches the eye. Advantages of Mirage 5: ~ price proportional to the device's capabilities ~ addressable RGB lighting ~ low noise level ~ ability to adjust the fan speed ~ possibility of connecting to the ARGB motherboard connector using a detachable cable ~ design with mirror "infinity" ~ cooler dissipates heat in a circle at 360°, providing powerful and efficient cooling Disadvantages: ~ with five copper pipes, direct contact technology is used for the CPU base |
