I can't say anything bad, normal fans. As expected, with RGB lighting. Bought three of these, connected them without any issues. Nicely decorate the front view of the case, mounted on the frame behind the glass. They weren't expensive, so I'm satisfied. As for the noise, it's all right and tolerable.
