the unit is cut down to the point of being unrecognizable, lacking a basic 230V network "noise" filtering scheme. Instead, there are jumpers and a varistor on the board for backup (will protect against a single surge increase). The cooling system lacks a speed regulation circuit based on a thermistor; the fan always runs at maximum speed, creating noise similar to a vacuum cleaner.
two high-voltage capacitors "MKX" at 200V 650MF (need to measure for compliance)
Cooling fan from a good company (i.e., AeroCool makes only good fans)
noise from the 230v network that has not been corrected through the filtering circuit from the film capacitor choke and the second choke enters the circuit with high bursts of capacitors, while the capacitors work for wear, the noise somehow gets onto your computer in some form and can cause premature wear of the capacitors on the motherboard swelling boiling rupture

Very budget solution. You are taking a big risk by buying this model.

There is a huge risk of walking voltage on PC components. In my case, this was noticeable in the at2020usb + microphone. After replacing the power supply with a representative of another company and model, the problem disappeared. A year and a half later, the fan began to hum and creak. Requires lubrication.

a model with serious flaws

Noisy. But it’s not the fan and the throttle that make noise, and also the type of capacitor, I don’t know what it is, but the squeak is incredible and crackling. I do not recommend buying!!!
