The Asus Radeon RX 7600 XT Dual OC is an efficient solution for gaming at 1080p and 1440p resolution, based on AMD RDNA 3 architecture. The graphics card is equipped with a third-generation Navi graphics chip with 16 GB of GDDR6 video memory and 2048 stream processors.
The GPU frequency reaches up to 2755 MHz when overclocked. The card has a 128-bit memory interface, providing sufficient bandwidth for modern games at resolutions below 2160p. In performance tests, the card shows excellent results in games such as Cyberpunk 2077, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and Forza Horizon 5. For example, in Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings and 1080p resolution, the card delivers around 60-65 FPS, and even when resolution increases, performance remains high at about 50 FPS.
As expected from Radeon graphics cards with RDNA 3 series chips, this model supports all current image post-processing and optimization technologies, including hardware ray tracing, integrated FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) upscaler, and an AI-generated frame system, which practically becomes a free alternative to the Frame Gen feature in NVIDIA DLSS 3. Additionally, the card is equipped with one HDMI 2.1 port and three DisplayPort 1.4, providing maximum connectivity flexibility to modern high-resolution, high-refresh-rate monitors and televisions.

The video card is somewhat incomprehensible, with a lot of memory and a rather bulky cooling system that does not cope well with its tasks. I compared it with the older and weaker RTX 3060 Dual OC 12GB, and I liked it better in games, despite the slightly lower frame rate. As a result, I continue to play on the RTX3060, and this one remained in my wife's work computer. I liked the large metal backplate that helps with cooling, if you look closely you can see thermal pads between the board and the backplate. If someone can figure out where to use 16 gigabytes of memory, that would probably be an advantage too. Overpayment for the amount of memory, the maximum that I have seen used in games in QHD is 9GB, and most often it is 5-6GB. It makes such noise that it seems like it will fly out of the system unit now, while the temperature is 75-80 degrees in a well-ventilated case. The chokes squeak under load, especially at first, then they are probably drowned out by the noise of the fans ). It takes up 2.5 slots, in my case the plastic radiator casing strongly rests against the connector of the high-speed USB port on the Micro ATX motherboard.
