The Asus Radeon RX 9070 XT TUF Gaming OC 16GB graphics card is a mid-range product based on the AMD platform. Taiwanese developers introduced the model in 2025. Built on the most advanced GPU architecture, RDNA 4, it delivers enough performance for comfortable gaming at 2K resolution and professional tasks (graphics work, video, design, 3D modeling). Image quality improvement, FPS boost, and more are achieved through a range of AMD's proprietary technologies (FidelityFX Super Resolution, Freesync, HYPR-RX, and others).

The hardware features 16GB GDDR6 memory, a 256-bit bus, and a GPU with a boost clock of 3080 MHz. It requires a power supply of at least 850W with a reliable 8+8+8 pin setup capable of sustaining a 304W load. The model offers the recognizable TUF series design with a glowing logo on the front panel. Effects are synchronized with other assembly components using Asus Aura Sync technology.

The output panel includes one HDMI and three DisplayPort. Integration with the motherboard occurs through a PCI-E 5.0 16x slot without capability restrictions. Great video card for the money.

I work for a company that processes videos using graphics cards. Therefore, I can share my experience using this graphics card at work. The graphics card is mainly used in DaVinci Resolve (an app for color correction and non-linear video editing), where thanks to the improved architecture, it performs better than its direct competitor, the GeForce RTX 5070Ti.

It's nice that as of autumn 2025, the "pure" power of the ASUS Radeon RX 9070 XT series graphics cards in games is greater than that of the GeForce 5070Ti, and this comes at significantly lower prices.

In DaVinci Resolve or games, the graphics card temperatures remain in the range of 54-57 degrees Celsius. Therefore, everything is fine in terms of temperatures. It's not worth interfering with the cooling system. Naturally, the fans stop when there is no load.

The ASUS TUF-RX9070XT-O16G-GAMING graphics card is high-performing for its class and relatively compact for most ATX format cases. The standard power connectors will be appreciated by users who want to save on the power supply, but it's worth remembering that there are three of them, so it definitely should not be an entry-level device.
Quiet and powerful cooling system; noticeably better performance in video encoding and decoding compared to the previous generation: affordable price; "pure" power in games is greater than in the RTX 5070 Ti.
