The pump does not chirp, and fans with a PWM controller do not rumble at low speeds (only Noctua can compete with be quiet! fans in low speed). It's just a pity that the coolant does not provide much gain in CPU temperature compared to a tower air cooler. It turns out that "dropsy" is more an element of decor than a necessity.
