Powerful sawing machine for thick boards
The DeWALT DW876 tape machine is equipped with a powerful induction electric motor (rated power — 1000 W, output — 750 W). Therefore, it has a large cutting depth (200 mm), which allows you to confidently process very thick boards and bars. Another feature of this saw is high performance. The machine has two speeds, and on the second of them the speed of the blade reaches almost 15 m / s (when using high-quality diamond-coated blades) — such characteristics give a high-quality and clean cut.

Table size 500x500 mm made of extruded aluminium profile. Workpieces up to 305 mm wide are placed on it. The table can be tilted to the right by 45° for bevel cuts.
The design of the machine is strong and reliable, but not without flaws. Complicated belt replacement, which takes a lot of time, and inconvenient manual gear shifting are criticized.
