Affordable two-burner domino-shaped induction countertop cooker with two burners and a durable glass-ceramic surface. It differs from infrared and gas stoves by a much higher level of safety and impressively high energy efficiency, which distinguishes induction from any other heating principles. The key advantage of this technology was the direct transfer of energy to the bottom of the dish, in which eddy currents arise, causing active heating of the metal.

At the same time, there is no direct heating of the glass-ceramic coating, which significantly reduces heat loss. The two heating zones of the Galaxy GL 3057 induction cooker can develop a maximum combined power of 2.9 kW and are equipped with a digital control system with rotary controls and an easy-to-read LCD display. The larger burner is designed to work with cookware with a diameter of 12 to 22 cm, the smaller one — from 12 to 20 cm.

It is necessary to use cookware with a flat bottom, made of steel, cast iron, magnetic stainless steel or cookware specially designed for induction cookers. The power of the lower burner can be adjusted from 200 to 1300 W, the top from 200 to 1600 W. A digital timer (from 0 to 180 minutes) is provided with an audible signal and an automatic heating shutdown function. The built-in security system turns off the stove during prolonged inactivity.
