1 TB, 2.5", 3D QLC NAND, write: 520 MB/s, read: 550 MB/s, SATA 3, DRAM buffer, warranty 3 years
Old one, 87% full.
Sequential read: 560, write: 538.
Random read: 202, write: 172.
New one (this one), 0% full.
Sequential read: 562, write: 537.
Random read: 234, write: 212.
The difference between the old and new is the chipset versions. Overall, they are very similar.
Compared reviews with Samsung 870 and 860 EVO.
870 heats up more. I don't remember if the 860 is the same or a bit warmer.
Samsung's sequential read and write speeds are weaker, but random are higher.
Probably, Samsungs might be slightly more efficient, but a bit more expensive.
