In the Lite version, unlike the previous model, a dynamic driver is installed. Also, the charging connector in this model is microUSB, not Type-C. Operating time when recharging from the case is 12 hours. It is possible to use the headphones separately.
The voice assistant supports Huawei HiAssistant, Apple Siri, Google Assistant. Two microphones in each earphone.

Stylish, water-resistant True Wireless in-ear headphones with a built-in microphone for headset functions. They are positioned as a product of the middle price category, intended for a wide range of users who want to purchase a device that is truly free from wired connections and has decent sound quality. They have a stylish design, in general terms similar to the famous Apple AirPods.

However, the intracanal placement principle provides better fixation in the auricle and a higher level of noise isolation. The Huawei FreeBuds Lite is IPX4 dust and water resistant, making it easy to use outdoors. Equipped with dynamic drivers with metallized polyurethane membranes. They give rich bass and increase the clarity of high-frequency reproduction. AAC-LC technology is supported to guarantee the reception of a higher quality digital audio stream for more accurate and natural sound. Pairing with an audio source is performed using the bluetooth version 4.2 protocol (up to 10 m). There are infrared sensors, thanks to which playback is automatically paused when the headphones are removed from the ears. Built-in batteries provide up to 3 hours of active battery life (+10 hours from the charging case).

Model overview based on user reviews
The Huawei FreeBuds Lite headphones offer a stylish design and good sound quality, particularly with strong bass and effective noise isolation. They connect quickly to devices and have a convenient case. However, users have reported several issues: the microUSB charging port is outdated, the touch controls are overly sensitive, leading to accidental activations, and the ear tips are uncomfortable for some. Additionally, the headphones don't hold a charge well and may disconnect unexpectedly. The voice assistant often activates unintentionally, especially when wearing hats or hoods. While some users appreciate the sound and design, others find the price too high for the quality and recommend considering alternatives.

Excellent ears. They sit comfortably in the ear and sound good.

Not bad headphones for the money. The case is quite minimalistic, but glossy. It's just that the gloss, as it turned out, is very quickly scratched, because after a day in the light one could notice a cobweb from scratches. They sound good, the bottoms are quite juicy, I like it, there is no feeling that there is not enough bass. The middle is balanced, nothing superfluous, but the top is sometimes bent and even lisped. I can't say everything is bad. There are just minor questions. The headphones themselves are made of pleasant and, it seems to me, high-quality plastic. I really like how quickly they turn on and connect. They also react quickly to tapping. They charge quickly, play for a long time, but I won’t say the exact time, since I haven’t discharged them yet. The maximum was 5 hours played, they did not sit down. The case has a micro USB connector, which is disappointing, because I don’t even have wires for it. Noise isolation is good, you can hardly hear anything around you. I give them a 4.5 for the price.
Good bass. Great look. Quickly turn on and respond to commands. Hold a charge well. Good soundproofing.
micro usb plug. The upper frequencies creak a little.

good model, liked it.

Maybe I haven’t fully figured it out, but the Chinese probably haven’t finalized the product. I went out for training in the snow and found a hood. and then it started. Every 10-20 seconds the voice assistant would turn on, reacting to the touch of the hood. I’ve probably never sworn at anyone as much as I did the poor assistant. The worst thing is that this function cannot be disabled in any way, at least I have not found HOW.
Convenient case, in my opinion stylish design, good sound, fits comfortably in the ear
False activation of the voice assistant, as well as false shutdown of music. CONSTANTLY
use Huawei FreeBuds Lite month or more
It would be better to take another model several times cheaper

Absolutely not worth the money, my worst purchase ever. It’s better to take a model from Xiaomi than these overpriced under-earphones.
Design
They don't hold a charge well, half an hour before the battery runs out they start beeping and warning about the low charge.
Uncomfortable ear tips
The touch control frequently activates accidentally, during winter wearing a hat makes it impossible to use them, it's impossible to adjust or disable these touches, especially the voice search on the left ear.

Junior FreeBuds

Externally, the FreeBuds Lite are a simplified version of Huawei's FreeBuds wireless headset. They look exactly the same — like a golf club. Or, if you like, like Airpods Pro. The main changes have taken place inside: instead of a USB-C port, an old microUSB is located on the case, dynamic drivers are used instead of armature drivers, and the price has become lower.

Everything for sports

The pluses of the model include the ability to pause music if you take the earpiece out of your ear, the integration of a voice assistant, fast charging and the ability to use the headphones one by one. I also liked the memory feature: when opening the case, the headphones automatically connect to the smartphone from which you last listened to music. Sports fans will appreciate the IP54 splash-proof housing and a pair of interchangeable ear pads with small holes to help wick moisture away and provide better external sound transmission. It is useful when jogging or during joint training, when total isolation from the outside world is not needed.

Powerful bass

Now how does it all sound. In short, it's good, but not as great as regular FreeBuds. The main news is that the bass is just right, it sounds collected and accented. Basheads will be happy, you don't need to tweak the equalizer. The detail of the sound is at a high level, but slightly lower than that of the older model. Highs cannot be called particularly detailed, but there is no noticeable mess either. In general, they play exactly for their money. But what I definitely didn’t like was their sensitivity to changing the musical source: they played differently with each smartphone model in the tests. Therefore, before buying, we recommend listening to these kids in tandem with your smartphone. The test sample also periodically lost connection with the headphones, but it is possible that these were problems specifically for our copy.
