Superman and Lex Luthor's outfits are quite casual and recognizable, while Batman isn't dressed in modern black from the movies, but in classic blue and grey from old comics, which Dark Knight fans might not like. In addition, Batman and Superman have spectacular cloth coats (fabric has been increasingly used in LEGO lately).
