Great speakers for the price Connecting the speakers to Marantz PM 5004, I was amazed by the pure and deep soundstage! (this is after using reasonably good Monitor Audio acoustics). Moreover, I quickly purchased a new Marantz PM 7004 amplifier, after which the sound became richer and more transparent. Jazz sounds great—D. Krall, etc., Bach's music, and the operatic voices give me chills... But there are also nuances, namely high demands on the quality of the recording - tonality distortions begin. Bad sound of electronic music, rock music. The previous Monitor audio bronze bx5 sounded noticeably better on these tracks. |
The sound is excellent compared to Heco Victa Prime 702. but the tycoon chose. Tycoon is much better, the sound is not much more detailed. The quality of finishing from tycoons is many times better than from Heko. sound . build quality they are not available |
BOUGHT 4 MONTHS AGO, TOOK TO WARM UP. BUT NOW THE IMPRESSIONS ARE ONE OF DELIGHT. HERE THERE ARE WORTH MUSIC LOMANS WRITE THAT THIS IS FIREWOOD AND IT SEEMES TO ME THEY NEED TO SHAKE THE FIREWOOD OUT OF THEIR EARS I HAVE NEVER WRITE COMMENTS BUT AFTER READING HOW THEY ARE BEING PLAINED I CAN'T REGISTER EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, AND CONSIDERING THE AFFORDABLE PRICE, IT’S ALL ABOUT WINNING THE LOTTERY IN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS I WAS UPSET TO PLENTY AND NEARLY SELLED THEM AND NOW I UNDERSTAND WHAT A STUPIDITY I WOULD HAVE COMMITTED WOULD YOU LISTEN TO 70's PROG OR MODERN HIP HOP ON THEM, THEY'LL JUST BREAK THE ROOF AWAY |
Magnat, like everything German, is stable in the quality and design of its products. The Tempus 77 speaker system at just under $500 impresses in every detail.
A classic that is always appreciated
Speaker cabinets measuring 103x20x32 cm(height including supports) are stylized to look like ebony or walnut texture. The classic rectangular design is complemented by thin, finely perforated grills, but without them, the acoustics look even more attractive due to three speakers of the same size, occupying almost the entire front panel in width.
The damped construction of the cabinets ensures low resonance, while the sturdy support legs and a total weight of 31 kg ensure the system is perfectly stable.
Hi-Fi to the fullest
The three-way system reproduces the sound in the range of 22 – 45000 Hz very accurately and voluminously. Responsible for the high brand inch horn tweeter fmax with a neodymium magnet.
165mm drivers help create a wide soundstage: 1 midrange and 2 woofers, reinforced with rear-facing bass-reflex ports. All speakers are perfectly coordinated with each other, so the scene is bright, open and lively throughout the range. The richness of the timbres is a bit lacking, but the main notes are absolutely accurate.
Power does not disappoint. The nominal 350 W is quite enough to sound a room up to 40 squares, and a high sensitivity of 92 dB gives hope for successful work with low-power amplifiers, including tube ones, and even in the Bi-Amping/Bi-Wiring format.
Summary
Magnat Tempus 77 performs well both as a 2.0 system and as a home theater component. It will easily satisfy the sound of even a demanding listener and will become an elegant addition to the interior.
