A budget model based on the lightweight Android 11 Go Edition operating system, which compensates for the modest computing power of the smartphone's hardware. The system is dominated by simplified versions of standard applications, which was done to minimize the load on the processor. The device is powered by the eight-core Unisoc SC9863A chipset - this is a purely entry-level solution without claiming high performance.

The memory on board the smartphone provides the required minimum – 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage space. Fortunately, a separate expansion slot has been allocated for the microSD card in the design of the device. On the side of the front panel, Nokia C21 Plus 32GB/3GB was equipped with a 6.5-inch diagonal screen with a resolution of the broadcast HD+ picture (1600x720 pixels translated into a traditional pixel grid).

The display of the smartphone has a drop-shaped cutout for the lens of a simple 5 MP selfie camera. The main photomodule of the gadget is double - under its wing, image sensors of 13 + 2 MP have found shelter (the leading sensor and an auxiliary one for blurring the background). The electronic components of the mobile device are powered by a 4000 mAh rechargeable battery, which is charged via the contact group of the microUSB connector. There is no NFC chip in the equipment of the model, but there is a rear fingerprint scanner.
