The representative of the ninth generation of the Xiaomi brand's Band in the Pro version is a wearable device in the mid-price segment with extensive features. The model can be considered not just a fitness band but a fully-fledged smartwatch for convenient health and sports achievement tracking, partly thanks to its fairly large 1.74-inch touchscreen AMOLED display with good maximum brightness (up to 1200 nits) and resolution (480x336 pixels).
The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro is more akin to a smartwatch due to the built-in GPS module, which allows precise positioning during runs or bike rides without needing to carry a smartphone. The model allows you to monitor heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, stress levels, and sleep quality, gather advanced data while working out, and much more. It offers 150 fitness modes, including swimming (with claimed water resistance of WR50M), and automatically recognizes running, including various types of specialized training—from light jogging to interval running exercises.
The device's benefits include an aluminum case, a new vibration motor that reminds of incoming smartphone notifications and more, and traditionally decent autonomy. For instance, the lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 350 mAh can provide up to 3 weeks without charging under typical usage scenarios (and no less than 8 days with intensive use), with a recharge cycle taking 75 minutes.

I've been using it for 5 months already; previously, I had smart bands from the Xiaomi 2, 4, and 6 series, and the development is very noticeable, especially in the Pro model. For its price, it's one of the best fitness trackers and just a beautiful accessory. It has sensors for monitoring sleep, heart rate, breathing, and blood oxygen levels. In particular, it syncs well with your smartphone through the app and integrates with other apps for training or health. It has a built-in GPS and does not require a smartphone to track your running routes, and so on. There is automatic workout detection, always-on display, wide customization and settings. The charge lasts a very long time, with all possible functions turned on, it lasts more than 14 days. I'm pleased with everything, definitely recommend it 100%.
