Paying more than $100 is very foolish. The battery life is small, and while that suits me, my needs are different from 99% of rugged phone enthusiasts. As for the relevance of the model - it's already 3 months old, and the most popular 4pda forum hasn't heard of it yet (!), One unfortunate person has been waiting 2 months for a response to their plea: "I want root access!" No answer, and I'm not of help either. Think 100 times before buying. With a year's warranty, it cost 7050 RUB in March at the start of sales; I was among the second hundred buyers. I wouldn’t pay more. Affordable rugged phone. Took it to swim in the sea and listen to music, and if needed, to receive calls on the sea number. If it dies, well, I'll just throw it away. Got it for $89 on the first day of sales on AliExpress. Now it works as a 4G router at the country house near Moscow, with speeds of 8-15 Mbps both ways. I've disabled everything else, but haven’t fully optimized it, not sure how. The 4000 mAh battery lasts about a day. The screen is like all cheap models, so-so. In bright sunlight, it’s average. I haven’t had such simple smartphones before, comparing it to models 3-4 times more expensive. Signal reception is decent. I'll try it in the sea in the fall. The battery won't perform miracles during a hike, and I wouldn’t pay more than $90. For hiking in forests and fields, get one with 8000 mAh. I plan to use it like this: went swimming, listened to music, audiobooks, photographed a toothy fish, it photographed me, we shook fins and parted ways. Came home, rinsed it under the tap, and the charge is almost dead. Something like that. Haven't tried the camera, I have a 64 MP smartphone. Seems okay for its price. use Oukitel WP12 few months |
