Many rugged smartphones are equipped with high-capacity batteries to ensure long battery life. But even against their background, Oukitel WP15S looks like a real beast - it's no joke, the model has a battery of as much as 15600 mAh!
Weighty body
On a fully charged battery, the smartphone can last without recharging for up to 1300 hours in standby mode and up to 130 hours when talking on the phone. In terms of time, the battery charging procedure takes about 5 hours at a power of 18 watts. The battery is packaged in a sturdy 23.8 mm thick case with reliable protection against negative environmental factors (IP68, IP69K, MIL-STD-810G). Of course, the gadget is not afraid of moisture and falls, but it is highly not recommended to drop it on your feet - the device weighs almost half a kilogram.
HD+ screen
The Oukitel WP15S screen has a diagonal size of 6.52 inches and displays images in a low resolution of 1600x720 pixels. In the center of the upper segment of the display of the mobile device, you can see the 8 MP selfie camera lens, placed in a teardrop-shaped cutout. The main camera module of the smartphone is headed by a 20 MP image sensor. It supports underwater shooting mode, but nothing else really stands out.
Carbon texture
Frankly, the weak point of the smartphone is labor productivity. The eight-core chipset MediaTek Helio P22 "under the hood" of the device simply does not pull resource-intensive games and applications. However, the model is quite strong enough to solve everyday problems. You can also pay with a smartphone in retail chains using an NFC module, and one customizable control button is placed on the right side end of the device’s case. Finally, the non-trivial appearance of the smartphone attracts attention - namely, the carbon texture of the back panel with a non-slip coating.
