Patriot Viper Elite 5 (model code PVER532G66C36KW) is a set of two DDR5 RAM modules with a total capacity of 32 GB and a frequency of 6600 MHz. In general, the Elite 5 series includes paired kits up to 96 GB and up to 7000 MHz. The memory is wrapped in snow-white heatsinks, decorated with the Viper snake logo and RGB lighting.

Overclocking is for the lazy

You can synchronize the glow using the Viper RGB Sync App with all popular motherboards: ASUS Aura, Gigabyte Fusion, MSI Mystic and ASRock Polychrome. Memory overclocking is also carried out via the motherboard - you need to activate the XMP profile in the BIOS settings menu. Three profiles with different frequencies are hardwired at the factory.

Natural selection

The fastest mode is 6600 MHz with CL36 timings and a supply voltage of 1.4 volts. If your processor or motherboard does not support such a high memory frequency, you can switch to 6400 or 6200 MHz, which is also very fast. After all, the most successful DDR5 chips were hand-selected from a large batch. PMIC temperature control and On-Die ECC automatic error correction are supported.
