1. After a week of use, an error appeared stating that there's no coffee. When starting the machine, all buttons light up green, but when brewing any type of coffee, about 70% of the time, it grinds the coffee, dispenses a couple of drops, and the no coffee indicator lights up. The ground coffee goes into the waste section. And then it starts again. Considering the coffee costs 9 EUR for 250 g and yields about 6 cups - it’s hyper expensive. None of the solutions from the instructions helped, nor did switching to less roasted (heavier) coffee.
2. Normal steam for frothing milk works only from the second time and onward. Every first time after turning on the machine, it dispenses boiling water mixed with steam, splattering the milk.
