The model also uses a system of visual and voice alerts about approaching police cameras and radars. To access settings and videos from a smartphone, a Wi-Fi wireless module is provided. Uninterrupted operation of the device in a wide temperature range is guaranteed by a supercapacitor as an onboard power source. Do not purchase! At this price, they are unavailable! This device was purchased to secure the vehicle with motion-activated recording. The manufacturer claims this feature is present, but it serves a different purpose (saving space on the memory card) because this model lacks a battery and cannot start recording without power. Additionally, the manufacturer misleads by indicating the presence of some supercapacitor, the role of which remains a mystery. I purchased this device with a second camera, whose quality leaves much to be desired, and the motion-activated recording feature does not work on it. The quality of the main camera is 3.5 out of 5. The radar alerts to cameras facing forward, with a range of 50-800m depending on the camera type. For rear-facing cameras, the radar detects them at 100m, sometimes alerting after you've already passed by… It doesn't react to one type at all… The camera database is a separate issue; average speed cameras were canceled in September 2021, the device was purchased in December 2021, and they are still there, so draw your own conclusions on how often the databases are updated. As for updates and implementation, the radar updates endlessly, and the program does not recognize which version is installed on the device. The emergency recording feature activates with a strong shake, for reasons unexplained, although I can assume the manufacturer attempted to implement collision recording, but the feature ends up being useless. I read the previous review, and I want to respond. It's clear that the second camera has lower resolution compared to the main camera, and there's nothing in the description about motion recording. The firmware installs normally and quite quickly; judging by the description, the person might have a faulty flash drive. As for the supercapacitor, you can read about it on the internet; everything is readily available. Overall, I recommend researching any product before purchasing, especially if it's not cheap. I reviewed everything I could find about this on Premier, you could say I became an expert. Stable recording, without artifacts, without stops, etc. A set of additional features to avoid falling asleep and distractions while driving, I don't use them much, but they might help on long trips. The radar detector is adequate, there were some malfunctions over 9 months of driving, but overall everything is OK, it notifies when necessary. The body is nice and stylish. Magnetic mount, I remove it from the glass at night. A lot of information online about the model and the brand.
