The trigger point of the switches is at 1.8 mm. Ultra-thin keycaps were used for the layout. The keyboard guarantees increased comfort when pressing keys. The Roccat Vulcan 120 Aimo mechanical gaming keyboard has improved functionality. The keyboard differs from previous models by the presence of RGB lighting and a removable wrist rest. The hand platform is connected using an easily removable magnetic mount. A lightweight and durable aluminium alloy is used for the top cover. The standard layout of 104 buttons is supplemented by three shortcut keys, which are responsible for adjusting the sound.

There is also a scroll wheel that makes it easy to adjust lighting effects. For illumination, a unique Aimo scheme is used, supporting a full range of shades - 16.8 million. To increase performance, the keyboard uses a x32 ARM Cortex-M0 processor. The polling frequency is 1000 Hz. Response time has been reduced to 1 ms.
