we have one at work. serves an office of 10 people plus regular guests. Everyone is happy. I want one for myself too I always thought they were so clever, but this one is easy to maintain and use. I liked it. yes, you need to keep an eye on the water and the level of the grains. sometimes he gets capricious because of the latter. Oh, and the price, of course.
