The latter combines premium espresso coffee machines with an abundance of programs and a rich set of available user settings for making coffee. The model itself is the flagship of the consumer segment of the brand's lineup. The device works with both ground coffee and grains. The built-in grinder with a 450 gram hopper supports not only 12 grind settings, but also the BeanMaestro function.

It sets grind settings automatically for the specified bean type and roast. The SAECO Xelsis Deluxe SM8780/00 coffee machine received a 15 bar pump and allows you to automate the preparation of 22 coffee drinks, including those containing milk and milk foam (there is an automatic cappuccinatore with a drain hose and a 0.6 liter milk jug in the delivery set). You can get both the most popular recipes (espresso, americano, cappuccino), as well as rarer ones - cortado, portuguese gallon, etc.

In addition, you can flexibly adjust parameters such as strength, volume and temperature of the drink, foam density, or set your own programs by setting up to 6 individual profiles. The equipment features include a touch screen and the possibility of remote control (there is a Wi-Fi module for synchronization with a smartphone), an AquaClean water filter, service modes (self-cleaning).
