High quality image
The Samsung UE-65CU7100, an affordable 65-inch TV from the 2023 7 Series, combines the basic features of LED models with 4K resolution. Thanks to the Crystal 4K processor, the TV efficiently processes the video signal, increasing the detail of HD and Full HD content. Contrast, natural blacks and Pur Color contribute to high image quality.
Tizen Smart Platform
The Tizen operating system provides a user-friendly interface, Smart Hub, speed and a wide selection of applications, including streaming services, games and other software.
Gaming Features
The TV supports the ALLM function to automatically activate Low Input Latency Gaming Mode when a game console is connected. However, the standard 50Hz refresh rate limits its appeal to gamers.
Connectivity and functionality
The model is equipped with standard ports and wireless modules Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth v 5.2. The kit includes two remote controls for UK buyers, but no microphone for voice control. The lack of a satellite TV tuner is a minus.
Samsung UE-65CU7100 is a balanced option for movie lovers, combining the budget segment and high-quality images.
It looks very stylish in any interior. The thin bezels are almost invisible from a distance of 2-2.5 meters, and it feels like the picture is being projected almost from the wall, like from a projector. The sound is decent, but nothing special. It's better to think about connecting external speakers right away. I'm not sure what kind of matrix is there, it looks very much like IPS, because on VA, there are no trails and final image issues.
The OS works quite fast and has decent adjustment options. The settings include the Ukrainian language. The app store is a bit limited, and many interesting Android apps are simply not available here.
You can connect gamepads, a wireless keyboard, and a mouse to the TV. There are no problems with that. Almost all popular streaming TV apps are installed.
