Model overview based on user reviews
The Skullcandy Cassette headphones are praised for their excellent design, foldable structure, and good sound quality, particularly with bass. Users appreciate the reliability of the headphones, with one user noting no breakdowns after four years of use. The headphones come with a remote control and microphone, making them convenient for calls and music control. However, some users mention that the round cable tends to tangle and the headband can cause slight discomfort when worn around the neck. Additionally, there is no volume control on the headphones. Despite these minor drawbacks, users are generally satisfied, noting that the headphones are comfortable for extended use and offer decent noise isolation. Overall, the Skullcandy Cassette is considered a great purchase for its price range, offering a stylish and reliable listening experience.

I liked it, I'm satisfied

I got these headphones to replace my original iPod earbuds. They look very stylish and seem quite reliable (previously, I've had the headbands and ear attachments of three headphones break). They have a nice feel to them. The sound is more geared toward bass, but after tweaking the equalizer, the lows sound great too. Electronic music sounds fantastic, and other genres sound excellent with adjustments. I tried listening with an HTC phone from the Beats Audio series, and having a headset is a pleasant bonus—you can pause and answer calls. The sound is good and loud, but in my opinion, the phone doesn't fully unlock the potential of these headphones; it lacks power. I use them to listen through an old iPod Classic, and with the player, the music is just overwhelming. The sound is extremely loud, so I only set the volume to around 50%. I also noticed that the most effective sound is achieved after 30% volume, with bass so powerful it tickles your ears. The noise isolation is decent, adequately protecting from outside sounds; the sound is only audible outside at very high volumes. After two hours of continuous listening, they still feel comfortable, they don't fall off, and nothing presses down uncomfortably. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. Although there are some minor downsides, they don't affect the overall impression of the headphones.

These are my first headphones in this price range, so I can't compare them to others, but I'm satisfied with the sound, and I'm happy with the purchase.
Excellent design, foldable, headset available, loud enough, excellent bass, good sound
The wire is round, which causes the wire to get tangled. The small headband for wearing on the neck, even with the headband fully extended, creates a slight discomfort when worn on the neck (maybe you just need to get used to it). Due to the lack of softener on the crown of the headband, where the headphones are folded, there is a slight pressure.

Where can I buy a cable for them? Thanks in advance.
Reliable. After four years of use, there's no hint of breakdown. Only the ear pads have cracked from the inside.
Not very tight on the head but do not fly off.

great model, love it

the headphones are excellent! I spent a long time choosing on-ear headphones with a microphone and was not disappointed. After sports, the pros sound and look much better. The disadvantage is that there is no volume control. I listen on a SAMSUNG Galaxy Note II (the button on the microphone works to accept, end calls, pause and next track).
sound, design, compactness, remote control with microphone
no volume control
