A wireless office kit consisting of a full-size membrane keyboard and an optical mouse, operating through a common USB dongle on a 2.4 GHz radio channel — a single receiver connects to the computer for both devices. The design solution that sets the Sven KB-C3800W apart from its counterparts is the integrated wrist rest at the bottom of the keyboard, which increases the overall body width to 185 mm.

This rest reduces wrist strain during extended computer use and eliminates the need for a separate accessory. The 100% format maintains a full layout with a numeric keypad and F-row. Island-style keys with low key travel on the membrane base are typical of office models — keystrokes are short, quiet, and akin to a laptop keyboard. One of the subtle nuances is the red color of the Cyrillic letters: a non-standard solution where the Latin and Russian letters differ not only in location but also in color, assisting faster visual orientation when typing. Multimedia functions, including volume control, are placed on the Fn layer.

Power is supplied by a single AA battery in each device, eliminating the need to remember to charge, and is convenient for travel — batteries are easily replaceable anywhere, as there is no built-in rechargeable battery. The mouse in the kit features five buttons, including two side buttons and a dedicated DPI switch with fixed values of 800, 1200, and 1600. The lightweight body, weighing only 80 g, and compact dimensions of 103x66x38 mm help reduce fatigue during prolonged use.
