The device does not have a battery, but a reliable power source is installed - a supercapacitor (ionistor). This source makes it possible to gracefully end the recording of the last file when the power is turned off. Also, the device will save the settings set by the user. Such batteries endure frost and are ready to turn on at any moment, without preheating or loading, which is appreciated in the harsh Russian winter. However there is no talk of battery life - the model only works from the on-board network.
