No doubt it's quiet, BUT I watched reviews with a teardown where everything seemed nice, fully soldered board, but in reality, when I went to blow out the dust, I opened it up and was disappointed. The board is only half soldered, and there’s absolutely no way it could be the claimed 700 watts. Conclusion: don't believe purchased reviews.
